Can I reschedule my tutorial?

You are more than welcome to reschedule any booked tutorial. You can do this by emailing your client manager, DesRay. We will then confirm this change before the start time of the original booking, or your booking will revert to the original time and you may be charged if you have not given 24 hours notice. Reschedule requests can only be made by a parent or a student, and not a tutor.
